Regardless of which device you use, the process follows the same five steps. Below we outline the universal method, then provide device-specific details for each platform.

Subscribe to a Plan

Visit our pricing page and choose from 1, 3, 6, or 12-month plans. All plans include every channel and feature. Complete your payment securely using card, PayPal, or other accepted methods.

Check Your Email for Credentials

Immediately after payment, we send your login details to your email: a username, password, and server URL. Check your spam folder if you do not see them within a few minutes. You can also message us on WhatsApp for instant help.

Download the IPTV App

Install IPTV Smarters Pro from your device's app store. This is the recommended app for all platforms. Alternative apps like TiviMate (Android) or GSE Smart IPTV (iOS) also work well.

Enter Your Login Credentials

Open the app, select "Load Your Playlist or File/URL", choose the Xtream Codes API option, and enter the username, password, and server URL from your email. Tap "Add User" and wait for the channel list to load.

Start Watching

Your channels are now loaded and organised by category — Live TV, Movies, Series, and Catch-Up. Browse, search, or use the EPG to find what you want to watch. Enjoy 26,000+ channels in 4K quality.

IPTV Setup on Amazon Firestick

The Firestick is the most popular device among our UK customers. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

  1. From the Firestick home screen, go to Find > Search and type "IPTV Smarters"
  2. Select IPTV Smarters Pro from the results and tap Download
  3. Once installed, open the app and select "Add New User"
  4. Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API"
  5. Enter your username, password, and server URL from your email
  6. Tap "Add User" and wait for channels to load
  7. Start browsing Live TV, Movies, and Series categories

Tip: For the best 4K experience on Firestick, use a wired Ethernet adapter instead of Wi-Fi. This eliminates buffering during peak viewing hours.

IPTV Setup on Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony)

Most Smart TVs from 2018 onwards support IPTV apps directly from their built-in app stores.

  1. Open your TV's App Store (Samsung: Smart Hub, LG: LG Content Store, Sony: Google Play)
  2. Search for "IPTV Smarters" or "Smart IPTV"
  3. Download and install the app
  4. Open the app and select Xtream Codes API login
  5. Enter your credentials using the TV remote
  6. Wait for the channel list to load, then start watching

Tip: If your Smart TV does not have the app in its store, you can use a Firestick or Android box plugged into one of the HDMI ports instead.

IPTV Setup on Android Phone or Tablet

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install it
  3. Open the app, select "Login with Xtream Codes API"
  4. Enter your username, password, and server URL
  5. Tap "Add User" — your channels load in seconds

IPTV Setup on iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for "IPTV Smarters Player" and download it
  3. Open the app and choose Xtream Codes API
  4. Enter your login credentials from the email
  5. Tap "Add User" and start streaming

Tip: Use AirPlay to cast from your iPhone or iPad to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible Smart TV for big-screen viewing.

IPTV Setup on MAG Box

  1. Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and to your router via Ethernet
  2. Power on and go to Settings > System Settings > Servers
  3. Select "Portals"
  4. In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal URL from your email
  5. Save and restart the MAG box
  6. The channel list loads automatically on the home screen

Note: MAG boxes use a portal URL rather than username/password. We provide both formats in your credentials email. If unsure, contact our support team.

IPTV Setup on Windows PC or Mac

  1. Download VLC Media Player (free) from videolan.org or use IPTV Smarters for Windows/Mac
  2. For IPTV Smarters: download from the official website, install, and enter your Xtream Codes credentials
  3. For VLC: open VLC, go to Media > Open Network Stream, paste your M3U URL, and click Play
  4. Your channels load and you can browse or search as needed

Tip: IPTV Smarters provides a better experience than VLC for IPTV because it supports the EPG, categories, and favourites. VLC is a simpler fallback option.

Buffering is almost always an internet connection issue. Try using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi, restart your router, or test your speed at speedtest.net (you need at least 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Our built-in VPN also prevents ISP throttling.
Yes. Your credentials work on any supported device. However, you can only stream on one device at a time per subscription. To switch devices, simply close the app on one and open it on another. For simultaneous streaming, contact us for multi-device options.
